Coast to Coast Education began when Founder, Caroline Drewett, was disappointed in the quality of large-scale summer camps that she was working on, and wanted to create a more bespoke, caring community in which every child could thrive. Caroline wanted young people to have the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of other cultures and to feel like they could contribute to a truly international environment. This stemmed from experiences in her own childhood when her mother regularly hosted international students from all over the world. Caroline realised that the bonds created through sharing a home with people from vastly varied backgrounds instilled within her a lifelong passion for travelling and truly enriched her appreciation for strong international friendships. Today, Caroline lives in Hong Kong with her two young children and her husband. Using her unique understanding of global education, she strives to provide the same beneficial experiences for students that she benefitted from herself, and help young people develop a skill set that cannot be achieved anywhere else.
